FONDO CA’ GRANDA
The Ca' Granda real estate fund is a closed-end mutual fund managed by InvestiRE SGR, dedicated to the real estate development of the assets of Fondazione IRCCS Ca' Granda Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico. The Fund operates in line with the values that have always inspired Ca' Granda and has two priority objectives, which are closely linked: to redevelop part of the real estate assets with a Social Housing project, to meet the new housing needs of the city of Milan, and to help financing the construction of the New Polyclinic, through the development and sale of the property remaining part.

Investire SGR, Fund manager on behalf of Fondazione IRCCS Ca' Granda Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico, commissioned iCorporate to develop a storytelling to inform Milanese citizens and opinion leaders about the Fund's purpose and the positive impact of its activities on the city of Milan.
Activities
For Fondo Ca' Granda, iCorporate managed digital communication, developed through the creation of a blog, a dedicated LinkedIn page, a branded content plan and the definition of a video strategy highlighting the Fund's values and impacts through the voice of its managers.
These tools aim to make citizens and stakeholders aware of the Fund's initiatives impact on the city: they highlight the social benefits realised in social housing and urban redevelopment projects. Big benefits are also from financing, through the sale of real estates, the construction of the new Milan Polyclinic. The Ca' Granda Fund represents a virtuous example of how finance, if well managed, can generate a positive social impact.
