On the Board of iCorporate since 2015, Francesco has been Executive Chairman since 2016 with direct responsibility for management, business development and strategies. Since January 2017, he has been the Company's major shareholder. Thanks to his long experience first as a consultant and then as a business manager at large companies such as Telecom and Pirelli, he supports clients' top management in the management of strategic consulting projects, leader image, corporate communication and relations with opinion makers.
He holds a degree in Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences from the Università Statale of Milan.

Shareholder of iCorporate since 2017 and CEO since 2020. Andrea has 25 years of experience in strategic, crisis and financial communication. He has worked both as a consultant and as a front-line manager in large groups, listed and not, managing relations with the most diverse stakeholders on multiple aspects such as media relations, web and social media, sponsorships and events, internal communication, investor relations and CSR, even in crisis and change management situations.
He holds a degree in Philosophy with a specialisation in communication from the Università Cattolica of Milan.

Corporate Practice Leader, Eleonora is in charge of developing and coordinating corporate, financial, legal and sustainability communication strategies for clients from different sectors. She has over 15 years of experience gained mainly in international agencies. Over the years she has worked on corporate reputation, B2B and B2C corporate communication and internal communication projects for clients in various areas, including consulting, healthcare, finance, energy, automation and transport. Eleonora holds a degree in Languages and Communication from Università Cattolica of Milan.

Digital Practice Leader, Nicholas has contributed over the years to the development of iCorporate's digital area, which today consists of both consultants and creatives. In his role, he has an overview of all the agency's projects and clients, whether they are integrated across practices or exclusively digital. He started his career by working in one of the first Italian social media agencies, in accounting and consulting roles for both consumer and corporate clients from different areas.
Nicholas has a degree in humanities and holds a specialization in Film and Television, obtained in the UK.

Luca is in charge of developing and coordinating PR and media relations strategies for clients across many different industries. He brings an extensive 23 years’ experience gained in Tier 1 PR agencies and in public and private institutions. He was Press Office Manager at Assolombarda and President’s Official Spokesman atITA (ICE), the government agency for the promotion of Made in Italy. In the latter role, he was responsible for the President’s positioning towards the media and institutional stakeholders. From 2015 to 2017, he was Lecturer in Press office strategies at ALMED Master - Università Cattolica of Milan. Graduated in Humanities and Arts at Università Cattolica, he holds a master’s degree in public relations from IED-Comunicazione and a master’s degree in quality management from

Viviana is Senior Advisor for the areas of sustainability (she is the creator and manager of the #CallToSustainability project), internal communication and issue&crisis management. With more than 3 decades of experience in communication, gained in companies and communication agencies, Viviana has a consolidated expertise in strategic consultancy aimed at building and protecting reputations through the development of CSR and sustainability projects, crisis management, corporate positioning and internal communication plans for national and international companies of different sectors.

As Senior Communication Consultant Valeria manages clients mainly from the real estate, insurance and logistics sectors. Previously, she worked in Italian and foreign companies and agencies, dealing with corporate, brand and internal communication in different areas, including design, food&beverage, retail, real estate, publishing.
She holds a degree in Communication from the Università Cattolica of Milan, a master's degree in Communication and Digital Marketing from the Sole 24Ore Business School and a specialisation in PR and Social Media from New York University - School of Professional Studies

Since July 2024 he has been working at Icorporate as Senior Communication Consultant for clients in various areas including global media, HR, AI, travel and the legal sector. He holds a degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Genoa and a Master's degree in Media Relations and Corporate Communication from the Catholic University of Milan.

After an initial experience in media relations, in iCorporate she specialized in digital communication, holding today the role of Senior Digital Consultant. Over the years she has developed skills in managing national and international clients, operating in different sectors including energy, banking and insurance.
After a degree in Communication Sciences at University of Salento, she successfully obtained a Master Degree in Marketing and Corporate Communication at Fondazione Accademia di Comunicazione, in Milan.

As Senior Art Director, Davide supervises all creative aspects required by iCorporate's clients, with a particular focus on digital. He has more than 20 years' experience as an art director, having worked in all areas related to the discipline: from corporate communication to institutional communication and publishing. In recent years he has specialised in digital, brand and visual identity. In this context, he holds a master in User Experience Design at the Politecnico di Milano.

Gianluca is a Digital Consultant and deals with digital corporate communication on various platforms (corporate blogs, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) for national and international clients, including listed ones, from different sectors including real estate, retail, insurance, for which he also follows ad hoc digital projects (branded content, digital pr), interacting with the agency's art department.
After graduating in Political Science and International Relations at Roma Tre, he obtained a Master's degree in Government and Public Communication Sciences at LUISS.

Marta is currently Digital Consultant in iCorporate, where she follows different digital communication projects for clients operating in various industries, from real estate to appliances to legal. Her activities vary from the content management on social media to internal and external communication strategies. She has a previous experience in Internal communication in a large multinational Company.
After graduating in Languages at Università Cattolica and a course in Digital Marketing, she completed a master's degree in Corporate Communication at Università Statale di Milano.

As Art Director, in iCorporate he is in charge of digital corporate communication on different platforms (corporate blogs, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) for national and international clients, including listed ones from different industries, mainly insurance and retail, for which he also follows ad hoc digital projects.
After graduating in Information, Media & Advertising at the University of Urbino, he continued his studies at CFB Bauer, specializing in Visual Communication.

In iCorporate he is currently Junior Communication Consultant, focusing on traditional press office activities for Italian and international clients, including listed ones, mainly in the tech&innovation, healthcare, finance and legal industries.
After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation from University of Milan, Alberto received his Master’s degree in Public and Political Communication from University of Turin.

In iCorporate he is currently Communication Consultant, focusing on press office activities and strategies for clients from different industries, including pharma, healthcare, energy and real estate. He has worked as a journalist, then as press officer in corporate, political and cultural fields. During his work experience, he also acquired skills in online reputation management and digital communication. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in International Sciences and European Institutions from University of Milan, Federico received his Master’s degree in Public and Political Communication from University of Turin.

He is Junior Digital Consultant and he is in charge of digital corporate communication on various social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) for national and international clients, mainly in the insurance and real estate industries.
He studied at the University of Milan, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation and a master's degree in Languages and Cultures for Communication and International Cooperation, focusing on English and German.

She is currently Junior Digital Consultant at iCorporate, where she works on digital corporate communications on various social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) for national and international clients from different sectors including real estate, insurance, food, and retail.
Sara graduated from the University of Milan with a Bachelor's degree in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation followed by a Master's degree in Public and Corporate Communication with a focus on Corporate Communication.

After a three-year bachelor's degree in Communication and Society from Università Cattolica of Milan, she obtained a master's degree with honors in European and International Politics and a 1st-Level Master degree in Media Relations and Corporate Communication at the same university. In iCorporate since June 2022, she currently works as Junior Communication Consultan, focusing on press office and sustainability activities for clients in the food & beverage, healthcare and finance sectors, including Autogrill, Grupo Consorcio, Korian, Veroni, Banca Patrimoni Sella and Sella Sgr.

Graphic designer, illustrator and junior art director. Ornella deals with the design of visual and graphic contents for online and offline communication. Particularly inclined towards the use of illustration, she completed a three-year course in graphic and web design at the International School of Comics and a master's degree in Graphic Design at the IED Milan.
In addition to the more visual aspect, she also combines skills in the field of communication thanks to her degree in "Communication Sciences".

Serena is a Junior Graphic Designer and Art Director. She is responsible for designing visual and graphic content for B2B and B2C communication. She completed a three-year course in Graphic Design at NABA in Milan and has acquired skills in various areas such as motion graphics, brand design, and layout design for various applications. She is dedicated to proposing creative and innovative solutions in close collaboration with the client.

As a Junior Digital Consultant with a thorough knowledge of copywriting, Costanza manages the digital corporate communication across various platforms (corporate blogs, websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter), both in Italian and English, for national and international clients.
After graduating in Communication Sciences at the University of Pisa, she obtained a master's degree at Fondazione Accademia di Comunicazione in Milan, specializing in Copywriting and Creative Advertising.
