On the Board of iCorporate since 2015, Francesco became the Company's majority shareholder in 2017. With over 25 years of experience, first as a consultant and later as a corporate manager, he supports top managers in the deployment of strategic consulting projects, leader image, corporate communication, and relations with opinion makers. From 2004 to 2015, he headed opinion-maker relations for Telecom Italia Group, managing all financial, corporate and business events (from the TIM-Telecom merger to the various corporate transitions, from the sales/purchases of foreign subsidiaries to the INWIT listing). In 2004-2006, he held the same position for the Pirelli Group. Previously, he worked at Hill & Knowlton (WPP Group) in Milan and London as Central Operations Manager for Italy and then for the Mediterranean Region. He was a board member in profit and non-profit organisations. He has an intense entrepreneurial activity and holds executive positions: First Tuesday Italy (1999-2003), FWR Forstbetrieb (since 2001), Uniforst (since 2007), Freia Farmaceutici (2012-2018), The Visual Agency (2017-2023), Dalk (2019-2023). He holds a degree in Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences from Università Statale, Milan.

Shareholder of iCorporate since 2017, in 2020 Andrea took on the role of Chief Executive Officer. Executive with more than 25 years of experience in strategic, crisis and financial communication. He has worked both as a consultant and as a front-line manager in major organisations managing relations with a wide range of stakeholders: journalists, business partners, customers and employees, public and private shareholders, associations and non-governmental organisations, interest groups and local communities on a variety of issues, including crisis and change management. Andrea has worked on several IPOs, takeover bids and mergers between listed companies (including cross-border deals), gaining important experience and expertise in financial communication. He has worked for large national and international companies such as Pirelli, RAS/Allianz, Sanpaolo IMI, Prada, Avio, Unipol, for which he was in charge of media relations, web and social media, public relations, advertising and creative services, sponsorships and events, internal communication, investor relations and Corporate Social Responsibility. He graduated cum laude in Philosophy with a specialisation in communication at Università Cattolica, Milan.

Luca is responsible for developing and coordinating communication and media relations strategies for clients across different sectors. He has been with iCorporate since 2023 and brings 25 years of experience gained at Italian and international agencies, where he managed corporate and financial communication projects for leading organisations, as well as at public and private institutions. Among other roles, he was on-site Head of Italian and international media relations for the Costa Concordia wreck removal project (Costa Crociere); Head of Press Office and Media Relations at Assolombarda; and Spokesperson for the President of the Italian Trade Agency (ICE), the government agency responsible for promoting Italian companies abroad and supporting their internationalisation. In this latter role, he was responsible for supporting the President’s public positioning with media and institutional stakeholders. From 2015 to 2017, he taught a course on press office and media relations strategies as part of the ALMED Master in Communication at Università Cattolica, Milan. He graduated cum laude in Literature from Università Cattolica and holds a Master in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from IED-Comunicazione and a University Master in Quality Management from IULM University.

Eleonora is responsible for developing and coordinating communication and media relations strategies for clients across different sectors, with a specific focus on reputation and corporate positioning. She joined iCorporate in 2017, bringing over 20 years of experience gained in an Italian consultancy firm (D’Antona & Partners) and later in an international environment (Havas PR), where she progressively took on roles of increasing responsibility. Over the years, she has managed communication projects for B2B and B2C clients of all sizes — from startups to multinational companies — overseeing media relations, stakeholder management, sustainability communication, crisis and internal communication, across a wide range of industries including automation and robotics, healthcare, life sciences and chemistry, food & beverage, energy, transport, finance, consulting, telecommunications, marketing, and communication. She graduated with honors in Foreign Languages and Literature, specialising in Communication Processes, from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, and completed a thesis project on innovative communication practices at IBM.

With more than 15 years of experience, Nicholas has been with iCorporate since 2014 and, since 2017, has been responsible for the digital practice. After an experience at the production company The Family, he started his career in digital communication at Hagakure, one of Italy’s first social media agencies, where he held account management and consulting roles for consumer and corporate clients. Over the years, he has worked for companies across different sectors, designing and implementing corporate digital communication projects and ecosystems, including integrated cross-practice initiatives, to engage with a wide range of stakeholders. His work has focused on increasing awareness, building and protecting reputation, and engaging both external and internal communities, including through digital journalism, employer branding and sustainability projects. He graduated cum laude in Cinema, Television and Multimedia Production from Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna and holds a Master of Arts in Cinema and Television from Bournemouth University (UK). Since 2016, he has been a lecturer in the “Palestre Digitali” training programme and has also lectured on Master’s courses at IULM, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and 24ORE Business School.

Viviana is Senior Advisor for the areas of sustainability (she is the creator and manager of the #CallToSustainability project), internal communication and issue&crisis management. With more than 3 decades of experience in communication, gained in companies and communication agencies, Viviana has a consolidated expertise in strategic consultancy aimed at building and protecting reputations through the development of CSR and sustainability projects, crisis management, corporate positioning and internal communication plans for national and international companies of different sectors.

Since July 2024 he has been working at Icorporate as Senior Communication Consultant for clients in various areas including global media, HR, AI, travel and the legal sector. He holds a degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Genoa and a Master's degree in Media Relations and Corporate Communication from the Catholic University of Milan.

As Senior Communication Consultant Valeria manages clients mainly from the real estate, insurance and logistics sectors. Previously, she worked in Italian and foreign companies and agencies, dealing with corporate, brand and internal communication in different areas, including design, food&beverage, retail, real estate, publishing.
She holds a degree in Communication from the Università Cattolica of Milan, a master's degree in Communication and Digital Marketing from the Sole 24Ore Business School and a specialisation in PR and Social Media from New York University - School of Professional Studies

After an initial experience in media relations, in iCorporate she specialized in digital communication, holding today the role of Senior Digital Consultant. Over the years she has developed skills in managing national and international clients, operating in different sectors including energy, banking and insurance.
After a degree in Communication Sciences at University of Salento, she successfully obtained a Master Degree in Marketing and Corporate Communication at Fondazione Accademia di Comunicazione, in Milan.

In iCorporate he is currently Junior Communication Consultant, focusing on traditional press office activities for Italian and international clients, including listed ones, mainly in the tech&innovation, healthcare, finance and legal industries.
After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation from University of Milan, Alberto received his Master’s degree in Public and Political Communication from University of Turin.

Gianluca is a Digital Consultant and deals with digital corporate communication on various platforms (corporate blogs, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) for national and international clients, including listed ones, from different sectors including real estate, retail, insurance, for which he also follows ad hoc digital projects (branded content, digital pr), interacting with the agency's art department.
After graduating in Political Science and International Relations at Roma Tre, he obtained a Master's degree in Government and Public Communication Sciences at LUISS.

As Art Director, in iCorporate he is in charge of digital corporate communication on different platforms (corporate blogs, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) for national and international clients, including listed ones from different industries, mainly insurance and retail, for which he also follows ad hoc digital projects.
After graduating in Information, Media & Advertising at the University of Urbino, he continued his studies at CFB Bauer, specializing in Visual Communication.

Marta is currently Digital Consultant in iCorporate, where she follows different digital communication projects for clients operating in various industries, from real estate to appliances to legal. Her activities vary from the content management on social media to internal and external communication strategies. She has a previous experience in Internal communication in a large multinational Company.
After graduating in Languages at Università Cattolica and a course in Digital Marketing, she completed a master's degree in Corporate Communication at Università Statale di Milano.

He is Junior Digital Consultant and he is in charge of digital corporate communication on various social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) for national and international clients, mainly in the insurance and real estate industries.
He studied at the University of Milan, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation and a master's degree in Languages and Cultures for Communication and International Cooperation, focusing on English and German.

After a three-year bachelor's degree in Communication and Society from Università Cattolica of Milan, she obtained a master's degree with honors in European and International Politics and a 1st-Level Master degree in Media Relations and Corporate Communication at the same university. In iCorporate since June 2022, she currently works as Junior Communication Consultan, focusing on press office and sustainability activities for clients in the food & beverage, healthcare and finance sectors, including Autogrill, Grupo Consorcio, Korian, Veroni, Banca Patrimoni Sella and Sella Sgr.

Graphic designer, illustrator and junior art director. Ornella deals with the design of visual and graphic contents for online and offline communication. Particularly inclined towards the use of illustration, she completed a three-year course in graphic and web design at the International School of Comics and a master's degree in Graphic Design at the IED Milan.
In addition to the more visual aspect, she also combines skills in the field of communication thanks to her degree in "Communication Sciences".

She is currently Junior Digital Consultant at iCorporate, where she works on digital corporate communications on various social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) for national and international clients from different sectors including real estate, insurance, food, and retail.
Sara graduated from the University of Milan with a Bachelor's degree in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation followed by a Master's degree in Public and Corporate Communication with a focus on Corporate Communication.

Laura joined iCorporate in 2024, where she currently is Junior Digital Consultant. She works on community management, corporate digital communication, and projects designed to enhance the reputation and positioning of national and international clients. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Languages, Communication and Media from Università Cattolica, she went on to complete a master’s degree in Strategic Communication at Università IULM, specializing in corporate communication.

Diego began his professional career in media relations, focusing on financial and corporate communication. He joined iCorporate in June 2025, where he currently works as a Junior Communication Consultant, supporting communication activities for clients in the energy, innovation, healthcare, legal and advisory sectors. Graduated in Humanities for Communication from the University of Milan, he later earned a Master’s degree in Head of Communication and Public Affairs from the European University of Madrid.

Professional journalist with 25 years of experience in print media, television, web, radio, and press office. She held senior editorial roles at Gruppo 24 Ore, beginning at Ventiquattrore TV, then at the weekly Sole 24 Ore Nordest, and finally at the Milan office of the daily newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore. Earlier in her career, she worked as a reporter for the TNE-Telenordest TV channel, contributed as a freelance journalist to Il Gazzettino, and reported from the Veneto region for Il Giornale. Since 2018, through Studio Mandurino, based in Padua, she has been managing press office activities for companies, professionals, and institutional entities in the North-East of Italy.
